Shipping Policy

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide guaranteed shipping from our warehouse.

1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations or sensitive materials we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those, please contact us by email after-serivce@starivertech.com.cn or fill in the form on Contact Us page.

 2. LOST/MISSING/DAMAGED PACKAGES

If you find that the shipments are missing or damaged, please immediately appeal to the shipping companies and contact us together.

Samples
If they are samples, we will re-arrange the samples within 72 hours(of in-stock items) and send them for free.

Bulky Shipment
If the bulky shipment is lost or damaged, we will implement them in accordance with the trade terms.

For shipment under the terms of DDU or DDP, we will provide an after-sales service form, after filling the form as required, the problem will be solved within 7 working days.

For EXW, FOB CIF, or CFR terms, we only provide after-sales service of product quality.

 3. CUSTOMS

For samples, we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped.
For bulky shipment, if the orders are in DDP terms, we will bear customs duties as required.

4. PROCESSING TIME

Once your sample order is placed and the payment is settled, it takes usually 1-3 days to process your package before shipping.

When your bulky order is placed and the payment is settled, it takes usually 30 days to arrange your order before shipping.

6. TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive a confirmation (email/sms) with tracking information once your order is shipped

7. MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us by email or fill in the form on Contact Us page.

The sea shipment will be delivered by the local logistics company after destination port customs clearance. Generally, the information will not be updated before the logistics company picks up the shipment. The tracking number usually updates time about 30 days. You could contact us to get the latest shipping information too.
